In response to customer demand we are looking to offer a range of new Dairy products over the coming months. We have the flexibility and skills in the Dairy to be able to offer almost any milk based product if there is sufficient demand and it is economic to do so.

We would therefore welcome you suggestions as to the Organic products that you would like to be able to obtain from us? We hope you will work with us in deciding which ones to offer and in providing valuable feedback on the samples as and when we launch them!

We recognise that for many customers the “Biodegradability” of our existing IL milk carton does not offset the flexibility and convenience of a larger 2L “poly” bottle.
We have therefore decided to offer these 2L bottles on a trial basis to establish whether our customers, would welcome them.

Unfortunately, these bottles are more expensive to us than the cartons as well as not being Biodegradable. However, they are often recyclable though local schemes, which of course we hope you will support.

We plan to make the 2L bottles available in February and have decided to offer the 2L bottles at the same price as 2 x 1L cartons. This is so we can ascertain which the customers would prefer to buy where the pricing is equal. Obviously, whether our retailers choose to offer differential prices is their decision and we shall monitor actual selling prices when looking at the overall success of this particular trial.
