Further to our recent letter regarding the trial availability of our awarding winning Organic milk in 2L “poly” bottles, we are pleased to have received many requests for Organic Skimmed Milk to be made available.

We are always keen to respond to customer requests. We are therefore pleased to be able to announce that this extremely health conscious milk will be available (again on a trial basis) in both 1L and 2L “Poly” bottle sizes.

As far as we are aware Skimmed Organic milk is offered by very few producers, let alone retailers. With less than 10 % of the fat of even “Semi Skimmed” Organically produced milk we hope that this will appeal to those consumers keen to buy local produce and really minimise their fat intake.

Here at Riverford Farm Dairy we believe that customers really enjoy the great milk taste as well as appreciating the benefits of the traceability that comes from using only milk from our own herd. Having grazed on our fields the herd is milked on the farm before we pasteurise and pack it. - Again all on the farm. It is that local and that fresh!
